CNC Milling

Architectural Plastics uses state-of-the-art, German engineered CNC routers and edge polishers to create a wide variety of parts. These computer controlled routing machines offer precision, repeatability and efficiency. You can provide your AutoCAD design or have the Architectural Plastics design team create one for you. These technical drawings will then be used to create parts machined to tolerances thinner than a human hair. Part files are also saved for clients who need parts on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

Our flagship CNC router can process sheets of material up to 86.6” x 145”. It also features 5-axis machining capabilities, 16 bit tool changer, 40 bit drill press and the ability to cut materials with a 14” diameter saw blade. These advanced machines enable us to reach aerospace-level tolerances, ensuring your projects are crafted with the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
